Having trouble controlling your Light Panels with IFTTT?Updated 3 years ago

If you are having trouble with IFTTT controlling your lights properly (i.e. the Panels are not responding to applets), you can try the following steps in order to set this back up:

• Unplug the Light Panels, wait 10 seconds and then plug back in
• Sign out of your Nanoleaf Account on the Nanoleaf App and Sign back in. Ensure that the “Sync with Nanoleaf Cloud” button is pressed after signing in
• You may need to reconfigure your applets by selecting the device or scene to trigger
