How to control your Holiday String Lights using ButtonUpdated 7 months ago

While you can control your Holiday String Lights through the Nanoleaf app, it also comes with a button on the controller that allows you to perform various actions with just pressing or holding it. 

Single Press When Lights are OFF → Turn ON Lights

• When your Nanoleaf Holiday String Lights are turned off, a single press of the button will turn them on, instantly illuminating your festive display.

Press & Hold for 1 second → Turn OFF Lights

• To turn your lights off, press and hold the button for just 1 second. 

Single Press When Lights are ON → Cycle Through Preset Holiday Themed Scenes

• When your Holiday String Lights are on, a single press of the button will cycle through a range of preset holiday-themed scenes. Enjoy the magic of various lighting effects without the need for an app.

Double Click → Cycle Through Warm White, Cool White & 4 RGB Colors

• Double-clicking the button while your lights are on will allow you to cycle through different color options. You can switch between warm white, cool white, and four vibrant RGB colors to create the perfect holiday ambiance.

Press & Hold for 10 seconds → Device Factory Reset

• Press and hold the controller button for 10 seconds. The lights will flash red three times to indicate a successful factory reset, returning your device to its default settings.
