I can’t find the Light Panels on my app to for first time setupUpdated 2 years ago
If you are setting up for the first time, please perform a factory reset as per the instructions here and then wait until the LED on the Nanoleaf Controller is on and the panels are cycling through the colours. Following that, close the app, ensure that you are connected to a 2.4GHz network. Re-open the app and try again.
If you are on iOS and still can’t find the device, please try to setup through iOS settings as described here. Following this, open the Nanoleaf Smarter Series App and input the pairing code as prompted by the app.
