I’ve changed my phone/tablet, how do I setup my Light Panels?Updated 2 years ago

On iOS, the Nanoleaf Light Panels are only allowed to have one primary user. If you have changed your phone from one iOS device to another, you will need to perform a Soft Reset on the Light Panels as per these instructions. This will delete any Wifi connections and pairing information, but keep all of your custom or downloaded scenes.

Once the Soft Reset has been performed and the Wifi indicator LED is on, setup the Nanoleaf Light Panels as you did when setting up on the first device.
