My firmware is not updating on my Light Panels controllerUpdated 3 years ago

If you have not received this firmware update, please try the following:

Unplug the Nanoleaf Controller from the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds and then plug back in again. After the boot up sequence completes, the panels will resume the last scene they were displaying. After a further 2-3 minutes, the firmware update should begin. This will be indicated on the Nanoleaf Controller where the LEDs beside the 2 buttons will begin flashing back and forth. After 5-10 minutes the update should conclude and normal function will resume. 

If you are still having trouble, please contact our support team and include the serial number in your message (located on the welcome pamphlet or on the back of the controller).
