My Nanoleaf don't show up on the Desktop App (For Mac)Updated a year ago

If the device failed to connect to the network (the light(s) in the controller indicating that the controller did not join network are still on), follow these steps:
Open “System Preferences”
Click on “Network”
Select “Wi-Fi” in left column
Click “Advanced…”
Under “Preferred Networks”, find the device and remove it from the list (select and click the “-”)
Uncheck all “Auto-Join” checkboxes. Make a note of these networks first.
Click “Ok”
Click “Apply” and exit preference window
Refresh page 
Remember to re-check the “Auto-Join” checkboxes from step 6.
If reproduced in Windows, the user would have to forget the device’s network.
