My Nanoleaf don't show up on the Desktop App (WINDOWS)

It is always the case that the list of available WACable devices takes a few seconds to load. It may be a simple matter of waiting a bit longer (less than 30 seconds).

If the device still does not appear, try:
List available Wi-Fis by clicking on the Wi-Fi icon in the tray bar. Wait until this list fully loads before proceeding to the next step.
Refresh settings page on web browser
Attempt to WAC again.
