My Nanoleaf Wifi A19/A60 bulb is not turning on or receiving power. What should I do?Updated 4 months ago

If your Nanoleaf Bulb is no longer turning on, try these steps here:

  1. Verify that the socket is working by testing it with a standard bulb.

  2. If you're using a dimmer switch, make sure the dimmer is set to full power.

  3. When the Power Loss Recovery function is enabled, if the bulb was off before the power cycle, it will remain off. Power on the bulb and please check if you can control it through the app. 

  4. Attempt to reset the bulb by power cycling it 5 times. Please note, this will delete your pairing and network information, so once the reset is performed you will need to pair again.
