    I've asked for help with my brand new, less than a week old product which hasn't worked properly since I took it out of the box. I received basic troubleshooting steps like "reset the device", like thats not the first thing anyone does when something doesn't work and no responses since. 

     

    Are you guys just waiting out the timer till it's above a week? Cause again, it hasnt worked out of the box! Please help! I can't believe I've wasted money on this junk!
