We have recently launched this support site to replace our old system (http://support.nanoleaf.me/) to provide a better customer service experience for our dear customers. Don't worry, we have transferred all of the remaining open tickets from the old site over here.
If you received an email from Nanoleaf Support, your email address has already been registered in the Help Center. To log in for the first time, you will need to create a password before you can check your ticket status.
Click "Sign in" button in the top right corner on any page.
You will be redirected to the sign in page. Then scroll down to find, and click on "Have you emailed us? Get a password".
Follow the prompt to enter your email address and hit "Submit".
Step 4. Check your email inbox for an email with the subject title "Nanoleaf welcome email". Click the link to enter your new password!
Step 5. You will be logged into the Help Center and you can check the status for your tickets!
