I can’t see my Aurora in the App for setup

  1. If the WiFi status indicator is lit:
    1. Make sure your mobile device WiFi is on.
    2. Try moving your mobile device closer to your Aurora. The App connects directly to the Aurora in order to setup wifi.
    3. Try turning your mobile device wifi off and back on
  2. If the WiFi status indicator is not lit, your Aurora is already on a wifi network.
    1. Make sure your mobile device is on the same network
    2. Try turning your mobile device WiFi off and back on.
  3. If the WiFi status indicator is flashing:
    1. If the Aurora has been on for more than 30 minutes, try unplugging it and plugging back in.

    Why is it automatically connecting to a network to begin with? If it automatically connects and i live in a neighborhood...how on earth do i know whats its connected to? doesnt support 5ghz....isnt this a new product?
