At the time of publishing (April 2018) the latest firmware version is 2.3.0. If you have not received this firmware update, please try the following:
Unplug the Nanoleaf Controller from the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds and then plug back in again. After the boot up sequence completes, the panels will resume the last scene they were displaying. After a further 2-3 minutes, the firmware update should begin. This will be indicated on the Nanoleaf Controller where the LEDs beside the 2 buttons will begin flashing back and forth. After 5-10 minutes the update should conclude and normal function will resume.

Im having big problems nothings working i should never have tried updating firmware it now stays solid green does a few things before that the controller itself doesn't want to do a hard reset power button doesn't seem to work is there some other combination to wipe and restart the whole thing the app won't connect to it either is there a phone number I could call and explain what happens ?
