If you are having troubles controlling your Light Panels with Alexa there are a couple of basic troubleshooting steps you can try to regain control via Alexa:
- Unplug the Light Panels, wait 10 seconds and then plug back in
- Sign out of your Nanoleaf Account on the Nanoleaf App and Sign back in. Also ensure that the “Sync with Nanoleaf Cloud” button is pressed after signing in
- Unlink the Nanoleaf skill in the Alexa app and re-link it, then re-discover your devices
