This usually indicates that the Rhythm is not being detected properly. Trying the following should help to resolve it:
- Unplugging the Rhythm and plugging it back in
- Trying to plug the Rhythm into another panel
- Moving the Light Panel controller to another panel
- Power cycling the Light Panels
If this doesn't work, please contact our support team and we'll look into this further. Be sure to add the serial number of the controller to the ticket (on the back of the controller and formatted as Sxxxxxxxxxx).
