In the event that one loses their 8-digit pairing code, the code can be retrieved in the following ways:
- On the cover of the User Guide booklet.
- On the back of the Controller Square.
- NFC scanning the Controller Square.
On the cover of the User Guide booklet, as well as on the back of the Controller Square, one will find a sticker that lists the pertinent information related to the set of panels. This includes the 8-digit pairing code.
In order to use NFC to retrieve the paring code, NFC must first be enabled on the mobile device and one must be in pairing mode in the app. To scan the code, simply place the device over the buttons on the controller panel, and the code will automatically populate the required field in the app.
Note: Apple mobile phones prior to iPhone 6 do not have NFC capability. This applies to the models prior to iPad Pro 9.7, iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 as well. NFC-enabled Android devices will depend on the manufacturer, and model. Please refer to the user manual for the Android device to verify if this feature is available.
