I'm really starting to regret my purchase of the Nanoleaf canvas set that I have due to issues with them becoming unresponsive and marked as "unavailable." Nanoleaf might call this a case for powercycling your lighting set, but it is effectively a full reinstall. One that I have had to do at least 3 times this week.

No one should be using the instructions above, since they haven't been updated in the past year. From my observation, they don't even correspond to the iOS app's new layout, which amazingly got worse than the last version. The 'Nanoleaf Helpdesk' that the app links to is no longer even a functioning page.

Were this a fully supported project, I'd consider it again. But it's clear that it's not being full supported by the team behind it and that there's little focus on the user experience.

Unfortunately, neither soft reset nor hard reset works for me. The control buttons shines through briefly, but that's about it. Until today no connection possible, I tried to reset it 100 times

I paid too much for this system for it to continually break down on me. Out of nowhere a couple of weeks ago, the system just stopped working for no apparent reason.

I tried everything that I could. I tried updates, uninstall and reinstall, hard resets and soft resets, I restarted my router, I've done everything I could think of but the buttons keep cycling through and the power button will blink blue 5 times then goes back to cycling through the buttons blinking. This will go on for hours and nothing will happen. Eventually, it shuts its self off.

Really disappointed in this product. It is so cool when it works, but keeping it working is the issue. Very unreliable.

Would not buy any further NanoLeaf products until they become more helpful and more reliable and can be paired with 5G networks.

I learned a very important lesson about Blue Tooth interference and the nanoleaf. Don't have a router in the same room as your lights ever. Esp never very strong routers. You will want to blow your brains out trying to get them to stay working. 2.4g (5g is better but still bad) is the worst offender. Once I moved my night hawk router out of the same room and high in the air, all my problems disappeared. Wireless phones can also cause these problems. I know you think it's not but it is. Just move your network shit ;-)

It looks like hardware failure and soft/hard reset simply does not work!
When trying to connect with android app, it's endlessly trying to connect without giving any error!

I've spent over $1,500 on these, I am furious... These are the cheapest quality lights I have, they look good, but don't work!
