Store bought purchases need to returned to the place of purchase (Retailer/Reseller) for a full refund/exchange. Please refer to the Retailer/Reseller returns and exchange policy outline on their website or printed receipt or email receipt. If you did not purchase items directly from Nanoleaf, please contact the place of purchase to begin a return. Nanoleaf cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers and will not provide refunds for purchases made from other retailers. Amazon purchases also need to be returned through Amazon as well. Nanoleaf is unable to refund Amazon purchases since we have no transaction record for these online platform purchases.
