My Nanoleaf Light Panels suddenly stopped working via both the app and Alexa voice control. In the app, it showed as Unavailable could not be reached. I have performed every type of reset, have removed the lights from the app and tried to re-add them, but now, when I scan or enter the code, Homekit doesn't even see them - it's as if they don't exist. They power up fine, the lights "appear" to go into pairing mode with the solid white light, but they simply will not be recognised by the app / homekit.
Sadly, my experience with Nanoleaf technical support has been abysmal, so I'm wondering if any of you have experienced similar and can offer any ideas?
