Lights Stopped Working and Hard Reset Doesn't Help.

    I'm having the same issue as you. It seems like the app's design has gotten increasingly bad. There's no longer even an option to add a new device. It's a total mess, and I can't understand why they didn't have anyone with UX experience behind this making it user friendly. I'm ready to rip these canvas lights off of the wall.

    What's really odd, is that if I perform a hard reset, maybe 1 time out of 10, the device will show up when I scan the code with the app, however, when I try to pair to it, it just says it has "failed for an unknown reason"

    If I then try to scan the code again / type it in maually to start over, the device is not even recognised. It can take another 8 or 9 hard resets to get Homekit to recognise the device exists, only for pairing to fail anyway.

    For the price of these lights, I'd expect much better in terms of both product usability and customer support. Don't get me wrong - when they work they are awesome, but if you have a problem with them, it can be very, very, very, frustrating.

    Hi, im having same issue with one of my panels.  One of the panels works fine and another that i have used to work but stopped.  Support pushed a new firmware to it but that didn't help.  Seems like the controller is dead.  Can't seem to get additional support.
