    I have had several tickets in over the last few months and no response whatsoever. I am going to take my business else where. And this is after I spent over $4000 with this company.

    Im in the same boat and am 2K deep right now.  I can't reach anyone and half my shipment is MIA

    Judith at customer support was supposed to call me 45 minutes ago according to a phone appointment SHE SET UP, and I had to take time off work.   Still waiting for that phone call.    I took time off work to get blown off by this company.    WOW.

    I found if you bother them on FB they will respond. they have no SLAs posted regarding issues you might have... 

    Its funny I love the product, but hate their customer service
