On 12/10 I had ordered a chirstmas gift for a friend 4 LED light strips. I had not recieved any updates from nanoleaf until 12/23, where they said it finally left to be shipped and a shipping number (one that was created on 12/17) was finally given to me to track. Since then I've only seen the shipping status as, "waiting to be dropped off to USPS". In those two weeks I've had multiple tickets closed and only one person, Judith, on their team seems to actually give responses but even then she can only tell me its left the warehouse and she isn't able to find where it is now.
To top it all off when you call their number they have you leave a voice mail, which never gets responded to, and while I have a USPS tracking number from them I paid extra to have shipping done through UPS.
I love nanoleaf products but I may never buy from the site again, just through amazon or best buy
