Nanoleaf loose wifi connection at least once a day

    I have the same problem, starting with the last firmware update.  Very frustrating!

    Same.  Woke me up in the middle of the night.  They whole setup went FULL WHITE.  Had to unplug and replug in as nothing would respond.  Then it appears to work fine until it does it again.  Please provide a fix. 

    Started with latest firmware update.

    my daughter is also having this problem and isnt sure why??  Just started with last update.  any help yet??

    Unfortunately I found out from other threads that they don’t come here to view issues. You have to open a ticket. So any comments/complaints are lost to them here and you will have to wait for one of us to get back to you if we get a solution. I noticed that if you leave it on any pattern, mine eventually will freak out, reboot to white, then go back to the pattern, never freezing up completely. It is when it is off and reboots that it hoses up. Lastly, if they don’t fix it ASAP, I’ll be “buying” a new Wi-Fi module from a local hardware store and then returning the broken one.

    New firmware update last Friday to 3.2 fixed my issue. It updated by itself by the time I got home from work. Power cycle the lights if you notice in the app that you don’t yet have 3.2.
