Placed an order for 9 Panels but received 4 panels instead. Has anybody experienced the same issue? Additionally the customer service team have not responded for over a week!

    I just had this happen to me. Ordered a starter pack and 3 extensions for Canvas. Only got 2 starter packs, which means three fewer panels.  Did your problem ever get resolved?

    I had an order that was placed on 12/10 for strips. right before christmas they finally responded to a ticket with "updated" tracking information. I haven't actually been able to figure out or find out where my package is. It was a christmas gift for a friend too so now its just late. I've tried calling, get a leave voicelmail response. Half my tickets are closed without me saying it and only Judith has been able to give me any bit of information... Which was "well it left the warehouse we are trying to see if we can locate its where its at now". and that was 5 days ago with no update since. 

    Not to mention I payed for UPS ground yet they created a shipping label for USPS.

    My issue still has not been fixed and it has been well over a month. I returned one starter pack per instructions, but they never sent the Canvas extensions, and told me they are investigating the issue. Have not responded to follow up emails. Really poor customer service.
