I placed an order for the 9-panel rhythm kit but instead received the 4-panel pack.
I opened a request and an advisor asked me to send a video, I wasn't able to send a video due to the file size however sent images.
I have not received a response for over 6 days. I understand that the 1st of July is a national holiday and the 2 of the other days are weekends but I have not received correspondence for the other 3 days.
The service provided has been atrocious, the panels were brought for my daughter's bedroom who has been left disappointed as she was excited about the lights being in her room but I have been left in limbo as I don't know whether I should put up the 4 panels and just wait for the other panels.
I have since opened further requests which have been consequently closed by agents but no further information was given.
I highly dissuade people from purchasing from Nanoleaf, if your order has an issue they are slow to respond and hard to reach.
Please also note that I understand with Corona it may be difficult but that is no reason to at least update the customer with information if this was a cause of delay.
