Can't pair my device...
I'm disappointed.
I just got 9 light panels from nanoleaf, I was really happy to have them, but suddently they wasn't on my app and then I tried to pair them but with no luck. I have tried everything that is possible: Soft reset, hard reset, unplugged my device, unplugged the remote and deleted the nanoleaf app. Nothing worked.
Hope that someone can help me, I'm, really sad about it..

I bought 18. none of them work. I'm on my second controller after a 2 week process trying to deal with "customer support" back in October, and had a power bump 12 days ago, and now the same problem. no connecting to anything. This is a defective product and I have no idea how they are still in business.
