Charged my CC a month ago. No Shipment. No reply to Email

    why?

    I thought that's what I was doing here. I gave you an order #. You can contact me through the email on the order. I told you it hasn't shipped. I don't see what further info you need to look into it.  I've sent 2 emails to support@nanoleaf.me, with no reply.

    Sure, I'll jump through one more hoop. I filled out the form. The ticket says:

    Thanks for getting back.

    In regards to your inquiry - this is the Community Section where it's more of a generalized platform for the community to interact with other users and with official representatives.

    I suggested getting touch with our Support Team as they need to collect information and record this so it can be passed to the appropriate department. In addition, they also have to tools to help you find a solution.

    I checked the ticket and I can see that our Support Team got back to you and are waiting for a reply back.
