Controlling Your Umbra Lamp

You can control your Umbra Lamp via the Nanoleaf App (requires Bluetooth), your smart home ecosystem app (requires Matter compatible hub and Thread border router), and/or through the built-in toggle switch/button found on your Cup or Cono Lamp.

Nanoleaf App

The Nanoleaf App allows you to control and customize your Umbra lamp easily.

Through the Nanoleaf App, you can:

Turn your lights on/off
Group lights by home and room
Control brightness
Set your lights to a single color, or to a color-changing Scene
Access thousands already made color Scenes and palettes or create your own
Utilize Magic Scenes – get a color Scene automatically generated for you based on word prompts
Enable Circadian Lighting

Smart Home Ecosystem App

Through a smart home ecosystem app, you can:

Turn your lights on/off
Group lights by home and room
Control brightness
Set your lights to a single color
Set schedules
Control your lights with voice commands

Manual Controls on the Lamp

On the Cono Lamp:

Single Tap to turn the lamp ON/OFF
Double Tap to cycle through warm white, cool white & 4 RGB colours.
Long Press (hold for more than 2s) to cycle through different brightness levels

On the Cup Lamp:

Toggle switch turns the lamp ON/OFF
