<p>If you are having trouble controlling your Light Panels with Alexa there are a couple of basic troubleshooting steps you can try to regain control via Alexa:</p>
<ul>
<li>Unplug the Light Panels, wait 10 seconds and then plug back in</li>
<li>Sign out of your Nanoleaf Account on the Nanoleaf App and Sign back in. Also ensure that the &#x201C;Sync with Nanoleaf Cloud&#x201D; button is pressed after signing in</li>
<li>Unlink the Nanoleaf skill in the Alexa app and re-link it, then re-discover your devices</li>
</ul>
