For the Nanoleaf Ivy:

1. At any time while the light is on: turn the light OFF-ON quickly 8 times.
1. Each repetition, make sure to let the light come back on but do not let the light stay on for more than 1 second
2. When performed correctly, the light will start to flash strongly indicating that it is resetting back to a factory conditions
