I am having connectivity issues with my panels!

Then, please send in a video of you doing a hard reset for us to review this issue. Please also ensure in the video we do see your controller is plugged into the wall outlet during the reset to better assess this issue for you:

Please ensure the video shows the full hard reset which usually takes 45-60 seconds including the panel reaction to the reset as well:
