I did not receive my order. Please help!

In some unfortunate instances packages are not delivered. This can be a variety of reasons and therefore you can reach out to Nanoleaf and contact us. In some cases we can reach out to the carrier and file a claim on your behalf.

 

Please Note: Claims can take anywhere from 10 business days up to 8-10 weeks depending on the carrier and time of the year. Nanoleaf has no influence on the claim or its outcome. All decisions made by the carrier on the claim are final and any rejected claim unfortunately cannot be re-opened again for investigation.
