A &quot;Touch Gesture&quot; is a command transferred to the Nanoleaf Canvas by touching the surface of the squares, to trigger a specific skill or feature.
The Touch Gestures that can be configured on the Nanoleaf Canvas are:
<ul>
<li>Double Tap</li>
<li>Swiping Down</li>
<li>Swiping Up</li>
<li>Swiping Left&#xA0;</li>
<li>Swiping Right</li>
</ul>
To configure Touch Gestures, begin by opening the Nanoleaf Smarter Series App on Android or iOS. Then navigate to the dashboard and click on the top right gear icon. This will open the configuration settings where each of the Touch Gestures can be assigned to the following commands:
<ul>
<li>Brightness Up</li>
<li>Brightness Down</li>
<li>Shuffle through scenes (Rhythm or Color scene)</li>
<li>Power on/off</li>
</ul>
Before configuring a Touch Gesture in the Nanoleaf App, ensure that the position of the layout matches the layout position in the Nanoleaf App. If that is not the case, you can adjust the orientation manually in the <a href="https://nanoleaf.gorgias.help/en-US/layout-assistant-None" target="_self">Layout Assistant</a>.
